Senior customer service engineer
Key duties:
Personal participation in adjusting and startup procedures, support manning, first line client technical support, staff training for Elekta equipment.
To organize and participate in adjusting and startup procedures, service maintenance, client’s technical support.
• Company’s staff consultations on equipment.
• Equipment training to be held (if necessary – training for clients).
• Client consulting meetings on adjusting and startup procedures as well as support manning.
• Participation in developing informational materials on equipment.
• Participation in exhibitions
Business trips within the country (Russian Federation) are possible. Business trips to BRICS and CIS countries – on additional agreement.
Desired skills:
Professional experience with Elekta manufacturing equipment - not less than 5 years.
Educational Elekta centers certificates - are to be available
Professional experience in the following companies: similar business area(s): Europe, America and other foreign countries. Varian company representative office(s) - are preferable.
Working contract in Russian Federation is mandatory – from 6 months till one year.
English language skills –fluent
Education: Professional. Elekta certificates are necessary
Computer skills: Elekta core software
